I signed my daughter up for 5 weeks of camp and was disappointed with the experience. On the very first day, she got hurt and no one notified me—not even the nurse. She was scared to go back after that. I told her to let someone know next time so I could pick her up, but communication was lacking.
There’s also no makeup policy, which is frustrating—especially since both of my daughters got sick from attending camp and missed a week. Sick kids were still being brought in, which likely contributed to that. Her experience was OKEY, but she was never excited to go to camp in the morning.
Overall, the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and at times came off as rude—possibly because many of them were younger coaches. I’d recommend waiting to register until right before camp or even a week before start to get a better sense of how things are being run. Overall a bit disappointing experience for the price...
