Print and Go LLC — Local services in New York

Very poor experience with this print shop. Dishonest as the previous review stated. I placed an order for 2500 flyers and door hangers on Wed, 11/9 and was told the flyers would be ready Fri, 11/11 and the door hangers in a week on Wed, 11/16.

Fri 11/11 comes I call them multiple times with no answer and finally someone answers says oh we had a problem with production and the flyers are delayed but someone will drop off them off tomorrow (Sat 11/12). I don’t follow up and of course they don’t get dropped off.

Monday I have to GO TO THE STORE because no one is answering the phone (I live in Manhattan) and they say oh 1500 of the flyers are ready which I took and someone will drop off the other 1k tomorrow I say just drop them off with the door hangers on Wed. And they tell me oh you’re gonna love the door hangers they’re in prod right now.

I get an email Tues, 11/15 to confirm the size of the door hangers?!?! 6 days after they got the order which tells me they are not in production as they previously said. Wed comes along and of course the door hangers aren’t ready and the flyers are on their way.

4 hours later I finally get in touch again.. flyers are still on their way (I assume they must have been coming from Vermont) but now sadly the door hangers won’t be done by the weekend when I needed them for marketing efforts - completely unprofessional, dishonest, totally screwed me with no regard on this order. Refunded me 1/2 when I should’ve gotten a full refund for the inconvenience and having to track them down every day - I have better things to do then chase down someone I’m paying to do something for me. If I could give no stars I would. They are an extremely lazy and unmotivated company. I've been in contact with Peterson since March 4th to get stickers printed for my company and I've got run arounds for weeks. Luckily my order wasn't a rush so I gave him a generous waiting period. I'd just think when someone wants to pay you for a service to fulfill they would do that but I guess not. Especially since its for a company who could provide business to them for the long run. I've been waiting for an invoice for weeks, he tells me oh we sent it, then oh my email is down (gmail is never down), then oh ill send it today (its been a week from that phonecall). I came in on Saturday & gave them 2 shirts to get done. Paid in full & was promised to have them by the following Wednesday. Then after not receiving a call on Wednesday I called Thursday & they told me to wait until tomorrow at 6pm. Friday comes and I receive an email asking me what size did I want the logos on the shirts. Isn’t that a question you should have asked right away. This was after i already sent them samples of how I wanted the designs to look. This is just unprofessional & a bad way of doing business. I have had bad experiences with them in 2020 too. Thought things would be better by now. Seems worst. There are better places nearby with similar prices....
