Clean Rite Center — Local services in New York

I'm a customer for close to 8 years every week I go to the laundromat and the amount of times your established has raised it prices without any notice to customers is ridiculous. For last year and this year the prices for the machines has been raised more than 7 times or more, just a couple of days because Christmas Eve I visited the laundromat to do some washing with a fixed budget and to my surprise the machines prices had been raised again when it had just raised like 3 months ago every couple of months the laundromat raised their prices, I went to the attendant to enquire she didn't even knew because management didn't informed her, she herself was surprised... This is ridiculous cost of living is already high people salary is not raising like how you're raising the machines prices .. I think the reason why this advantage is being taken is because alot people are still going although the prices are being raised... This is unfair to customer's and people living in the community that uses the laundromat on a regular basis.. Your established will start to lose customers because people will start looking for laundromats with lower...

Time. Is the most important thing we have. How you choose to spend it is totally up to you. As of late I’ve been behind on time because “Life” right. I would normally do my laundry myself but time is not on my side. So I decided to revisit the clean rite. Now I’ve washed my clothes here before and got it done for me from the staff. It was good. But they were backed up usually so I wouldn’t get my clothes until two days later. I went yesterday to drop about 116!pounds of laundry off. (YIKES!!!!!!) so I know I probably wouldn’t get this back in about a few days. They have new management and I was blown away. DAN and his staff are absolutely amazing from service to overall quality of taking care of my clothes both before I washed them and after I did. He said he would have my clothes ready for me the following day. Turns out that was about 7 ish hours later. So DAN OUTDID HIS PROMISE. I THANK HIM HIS STAFF AND THIS LOCATION IS CONVENIENT. Looks like I’m not washing my clothes anymore. THANKS GUYS YIU WERE AMAZING....

I had the worst experience ever and I will never come back or tell anyone to visit. I visited one of your locations today the one on flatland ave which I had never visited before. I proceeded to buy a new card for $5 which after only $3 worth of money was added to the card which I did not know because there was no sign present at this point I was already disappointed falling for this trap. After I loaded more money on to the card I went to interest it in the machine and i pulled it out thinking the machine would start but it did not while at the same time the machine had taken $9.75 off my card which was not right because the machine didn’t start. I went to talk to the worker and she was not help, I got a nasty attitude and was told I had to come to her since I never used the machines before but once again there was no sign stateing how to work the machine. The worker Deb told me there was no way for her to start my machine and that I would have to pay another $9.75 again so...
