Went in and was told there was a 35 minute wait. That's fine so gave my name and phone number to them so they can call us when free. Lady at the front taking the info said they would text or call the phone number given when a table wad free. Thought that's a cool feature and wanted to wait in the car since it was crowded inside the IHOP. 20 minutes later we figured we should start heading in to stand and wait. Stand there for another 20 minutes and notice theres almost no one waiting anymore to be seated. Go up to ask the same lady how much longer the wait was and she checks and says we were called a long time ago and missed our call. I said to her that you told me we would get a call and text when our table was ready and we were waiting in car instead of a crowded loud lobby. She then goes on to say how the WiFi is bad and that the feature doesn't always work. .....WHY ASK FOR THEORY NUMBER AND SAY YOU WILL CONTACT US THAT WAY IF YOU KNOW THE FEATURE DOESN'T WORK?! Plus I'm the only girl I very she seen that day with pink tips on my hair and she arm me come in 20 minutes later and didn't think to check the list? I get if your busy you can't check but when almost no one's waiting anymore and you see the same girl walk in 20 minutes later. .... just bad service and missing common sense. Needless to say we didn't stay and they wasted an hour of our time when we were starving. I would call the Manger and let him know but I doubt this location cares so I'm posting it up for everyone to see and not have the same issue that happen to us. If they ask for your number don't give it and realize your stuck waiting inside because they will call...
Read moreThe place is remodeling and the staff are doing a poor job. We order our food, my husband order his burger with no onions and no lettuce. When my husband got his food it was a wrong order. They gave him a chicken sandwich, so they apologize for the "inconvenience". When I got my order the onion rings was raw and not fully cooked, I gave him half of my burger. As we was waiting for our food, my husband said to me (How much you want to bet that they bring me my burger with onions and lettuce) so when the waitress came he was right. He told her that he said no onions and lettuce. The waitress said I'm so sorry let me bring you a plate so that you can take them out. When he was about to eat he crab the burger and it was so greasy. Then he proceed to squeeze the burger and a lot of oil and water came out. It was disgusting. When he try the fries they was cold. They gave him the same fries from the first order with a raw burger with the juices. We ask for the check and told the waiter to take that order from the check, she reply saying let me get the manager. When the manager came and we told her what happen "she said let me look at your face so that this would never happen again" We look at each other and said is she serious. Anyway when we got the check they charge him BOTH order as if he had order the first that they came him by "mistake" we had to call the manager again so they could take both orders out. WORST IHOP EVER, WE ARE DEFINITELY NEVER GOING BACK. AND WE SUGGEST PEOPLE NOT TO GO EITHER BECAUSE IF THAT HAPPEN TO US, WE DON'T WANT TO IMAGINE ALL THE NASTY STUFF THEY DO IN THE KITCHEN. I gave a 1 star but honestly it...
Read moreEven though a lot of adjustments had to me made due to covid they were able to improvise and section off a decent space in the parking lot to allow dining outside. They have hand sanitizer stations available for you and you can still go indoors to use the restrooms only. Service was fast, condiments are either in a packett like you'd get with take out (salt, ketchup) or poured in a condiment cup (syrups , gravy, or salsa) so only ask for what's needed to avoid waste. Eating outdoors was nice since its still warm and its in a catering tent so you aren't directly out in the elements (sun, rain). The only nuisance is there are a lot of bees 🐝 that get in the tent because they come for the sweets. If you have pancakes (syrup) or anything fruit topped (wafflea w/strawberries, peaches) they get determined to come after your plate. The saying is don't swat at them but you kinda have to if you don't want them in your food or drinks. Maybe if they invest in a net to go over the "door" and "window" spaces so that the bugs stay out but air continues to flow for ventilation that could be a remedy. I think bug zippers are harsh but I was so annoyed I was wishing for a high voltage one because mosquitoes also found their way in there. The waitress was a nice Spanish lady with a thick accent and all she said was "I so sorry about that" lol she was sooo sweet I couldn't even be mad after 5 of those. I minus a star because they need to figure out a solution for the bees someone could have a bad reaction to a bee sting while dining. Other than that I enjoyed my visit and would return when I think the bees are gone and had their fill of syrup...
