On October 1, I made an online purchase of $18.61 at KFC. I chose to order online because of how rapid it is to do pickup. I have autistic children at home and I would have to leave them with my elderly grandmother in order to do a quick run. The time to pick it up was listed to be 7:55.
I arrived a at the time and the order wasn't done. I waited 10 minutes and asked about the order. I was told it wasn't ready. I waited 20 minutes and asked for a refund and was told they didn't know how to do it. Me and about 10 other people were waiting in this establishment disgruntled. After 30 minutes I receive the order and go home.
Judging by how the establishment was being ran, I should've looked at my order. I overheard someone tell an employee that they ordered mashed potatoes but instead received corn. The employee responded we don't have mashed potatoes so take the corn. When I got home, my order was wrong!
I reached out to the establishment immediately. In total, I must've reached out to the establishment about 5 times and had to force them to give me an apology and still they didn't give me no refund! If I paid for a product I expect to receive the product, not what they perceive to be ok. This is not how business should be conducted.
On top of that, that establishment looks dingy. There's no effort in their looks. Employees are scrambling to make tacos and chicken (it's also a taco bell). They need enough employees to handle one franchise and another set to handle the other. Also, inventory should be taken appropriately. Orders shouldn't be allowed to be made if the product is not in stock. It's illegal to take money from a person and give them the wrong items on purpose!

Read moreI’ve had it with this, every once in a while I’ll give the staff the benefit of the doubt, go visit since it’s the only location in my immediate area and see if things have improved. Yet it seems like the ever recycling staff is competing to be the worst servers in the area. If it’s not an order of mine missing multiple items, it contains the wrong items. If it’s not the wrong items, the service simply takes forever regardless of whether you went inside or used drive thru. Yet the incompetence doesn’t cease there, now suddenly I’ve discovered that certain employees have completely forgotten what their own menu dictates after being charged for an entire family meal when I ordered something different. The BEST part is the audacity of this employee to not only catch an attitude over her own mistake, but moreover that she actually attempted to lie and say that the exaggerated overcharge was actually a recent price change when I could literally see the price differences on the MENU RIGHT BEHIND HER.
