Prior to the pandemic, this place was full of kids that parents just left there like as if it were a prime time day care or something. Staff there were elders that clearly did not know how to properly talk to misbehaving children despite Mr. Rogers being a thing this entire time. I was behind on a book I needed to be caught up on in a certain amount of time. I didn't have the required privacy needed, so I went over there, and couldn't get passed a single page because of all these kids running around. It is currently post-shutdown, and I recently visited there where barely anyone inside. I needed to print something, and while it was difficult at 1st, I managed to figure things out, and it was so much better with little to nobody inside. The covid era has changed a lot.
