Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in New York

I normally don't write reviews on anything, especially of restaurants, but I have to get something off my chest. I went to this KFC/Taco Bell joint establishment today, and initially I wanted something from Taco Bell, but the employees say they had no tacos at the moment and that Taco Bell was closed and we could only order KFC. A few moments later, I saw another customer eating Dorito Tacos after they said they had no tacos at the moment. They lied and made it seem like they were out of tacos when they gave some Dorito Tacos to another customer. Also, when I went to use to restroom, they didn't even have any soap in the men’s restroom, so I had to go to the women’s restroom to use soap and when we ask if they had soap they say they didn't have any.

How are they supposed to have there customers enjoy their food if they have no soap in the restroom or any hand sanitizer? Nobody should have to go to a different restroom just to use soap. It's their job to make sure all their restrooms have soap, paper towels and toilet paper. They need to have a surplus of them. Frankly, I'm disappointed in the service at this restaurant.

I'm at least grateful to have something to eat, even if it wasn't what I hoped for. This review isn't about the food itself, it's about the blatant about being out of tacos, but giving Dorito Tacos to a different customer, and having soap in only one restroom. They need...

This young lady is the an example of why "young African-American people" have a bad rep. taco Bell is one of my favorite places. her attitude was so atrocious i couldnt even argue back. young people do not know how to leave their problems at home and handle their job. instead their behavior is being hushed, and honestly in my opinion protected. this young lady proceeded to call her friend over who pretended to be the store manager and then that young lady got the real manager who did not ask what the issue was and that's because I was calm in the situation I simply asked everyone for the name one person lied .. about her name and positon the next one said his spelled it and staid he was the gernal store manager and could not provide me with anyone of there names by law. the names are printed on the shirt! why would he say such a thing? i think he should be retrained. i say all this to say this.stop coming to work in a bad mood your there to do a job and anyone thing that has your name on it should be done well no matter the process. as a manager your there to train assist correct . do not protect that behavior its bad for Business a company and most of all your name. everyone name is very important you should always do a great job I'm not even mad but I guess I am reporting this to corporate and the name printed on my receipt is ZAYAEHA made this young lady become great. i...

I have been to this location twice. My initial visit was pleasant and they Staff was efficient. My order was correct and the food was enjoyable.

Last night, I took my family there. There environment was clean, Staff worked efficiently. However, the drinks machines were serving flat everything. Staff was comfortable telling us that instead of labeling it as out of order. Who is buying flat soda? My family all took our cups to the fruit punch option and it was watery and tasted horrible like it sat there for a long time. Staff again was comfortable with that when really its robbery that is folks money being wasted. I asked for Pink Lemonade from behind the counter instead and my family members followed as well.
