I just ordered a triple chocolate ice cream sundae from this place via UberEats twice today in under 2 hours. They messed up my order and gave me strawberry the first time. I couldn’t eat it because I have a STRAWBERRY ALLERGY. But I know what it’s like to have a customer service job, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and reordered, while also specifiying that I had a strawberry allergy. Just got the order and they gave me strawberry AGAIN. Extremely upset. I understand if they’re out of a certain ice cream flavor. But why would you give the customer a flavor that they’re ALLERGIC TO? Will definitely not be ordering from here ever again.

I wish I could give this location zero stars! THE ABSOLUTE WORST! The most incompetent staff I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I ordered 6 ice creams all different flavors and over $15 in additional toppings and none of the order was correct! They gave us all chocolate ice cream and no toppings! We were missing everything we ordered and given toppings we did not ask for! I called the location to ask what happened l-I called 3x and no one answered the phone. Totally unacceptable! Stay away from this location.

I'm a usual Customer for this store. But Today at 11:55 am, I stopped by to get my usual Milkshake and Double scope ice cream, I wasn't able to get it due to these two workers that are working. This lady refused to make milkshake just because its cold and she is sick, and the other guy didn't even try to take the order. This is very unAcceptable for usual customers like us. I urge the management to take action and get rid of these type workers as it will only effect the business.

This Dunkin/baskin robins is horrible! I wish I could give 0 stars. They do not know how to make milkshakes or cappuccino blast or any type of shakes. First of all when you’re making any shake you need to add ice to blend. Two different women took turns on making a cappuccino blast for me both times it was the consistency of coffee very watery not smooth or frosty I kept telling them this is not a cappuccino blast I got fed up and said if u can’t make that just make me a regular vanilla shake. So again she added one scoop of ice cream and then milk and blended ( No Ice) I felt like I was drinking milk with sugar. I didn’t bother to waste my time on them .
