Culver Collision Inc — Local services in New York

I have not had good experiences with this place. I recently brought my 20-year-old car there after being in an accident. The front bumper and connected parts had a lot of damage. I was told immediately by one of the guys, "I can't even touch that." The reason he gave was that parts were discontinued and he didn't have "that kind of time" to look for them online. I felt completely blown off. Had I listened to him, I would have junked the car. Instead, I went elsewhere on McDonald Ave, where they were so nice and helpful. They fixed my car without any problem, and expressed no difficulty whatsoever. My car was ready for me to pick up a day later, for a reasonable price, and it looked great. I brought this same car to Culver almost 20 years ago. They did fix it that time but left a small piece dented. The guy pointed it out to me when it was finished, but it was barely noticeable, so I left it alone. But that didn't leave the greatest taste in my mouth either. I've learned my lesson and won't...

My wife recently got her car accident. I have been passing by the shop for years however I was grateful I never needed to use them. However after the accident not knowing where to go. I needed to check out at a couple of car mechanics. When I want there I met with Anthony and his brother Tony. From the beginning they made me feel very comfortable. They walked me through the process and let me know what to expect. They kept me updated through the process and while the car was getting fixed and what was happening. And before they return the car they even washed it and cleaned it. They helped me as well with the rental car and helped the process goes smoothly and made me and my wife feel comfortable and calm throughout the process. Leon Frucht

I recently damaged the rear passenger door of my vehicle while at a supermarket parking lot. I didn't know where to go to get the repair done so through a neighbor I was recommended to bring my car to Tommy at Culver Collision. I brought my car in on Monday morning and the repair (paint and all) was completed and ready for me to pick up on Thursday morning. They even went above and beyond and cleared the headlights and even cleaned the inside of my vehicle... it was sparkling!!! The car looks beautiful that you wouldn't even know it was ever damaged. Its hard to find reputable and trustworthy auto repair shops these days, so I appreciate Tommy and his team for the great service and work done on my vehicle. I highly recommend this place!...
