Huge selection of lights, but it was kind of difficult to get assistance. When I finally got some help, they were kind of stand-offish and not very informative. Did not really answer my questions directly, so I came away still unsure of what I wanted. I liked their selection of ceiling fans because they were more modern in style compared to the others I've seen, but none of them had any prices or details on them. When I asked for the prices, the man who helped me looked like he was mentally searching for a price to give me. That did not give me any confidence in the knowledge that I wasn't being swindled. We purchased a wave chandelier, after 2 months it finally came and all the crystals had a film on it, when we called them about it, they said that we are the only ones that called them about this issue and that we shouldn't expect perfection, basically they were making us feel like we are complainers, and they told us that we should take off the crystals and clean it ourselves,after spending a lot of time on the phone with them going back and forth they finally agreed to send someone to take it down and to give us new crystal's, when the person came he said that he was busy doing this all day, so we asked him "we weren't the only one's complaining about this?" So he said of course not everyone that got this chandelier had the same problem, their customer service department has to be overhauled, they are totally clueless, they don't know what it means to say sorry we messed up and we will make...

Writing this so everyone can STAY AWAY so your house doesn't burn down!! I bought 2 chandeliers from them a few years back where both Exploded Instantly and we had a mini fire!!! We went back and asked what the Hell is that all about. They exchanged the lamps for us saying must have been a factory malfunction. It Happened again (sparks and all) they asked us to bring it and come back when the "NEW" stock would come in. Long story short THEY GAVE US THE SAME LAMPS JUST TAMPERED WITH my electrician said THERE'S NOOO way they came from the factory like this when he took it apart after yet another 1 of my homes almost caught fire !!! I'm not planning to go back and complain because I know they're Too shady to give me my money back and I MOST DEFINITELY DO NOT want anymore lamps from them THEY ARE ALL TAMPERED WITH they probably buy broken lamps, fix and sell as New!!!
