Forest Leaf — Local services in New York

Had an auto order for quercetin going for about a year with zero issue from forest leaf. Last month I placed an order for collagen(purchase date 11/3) and was expecting my automatic quercetin order(purchase date 11/14). After noticing neither order had shipped in over a week to two weeks, I contacted customer support to have my orders cancelled so I could purchase them from somewhere else. The person on the phone said they cancelled the order but after a week the charge showed on my credit card statement. I contacted support a second time asking for a refund for the cancelled orders and was given an email to contact with additional information. This was a week ago and I received no reply, orders still show on my statement. I attempted to contact customer support again on multiple occasions but no one is answering the phone now. I have a sent an additional email and messaged them via Instagram DM (which had a recent story posted) and have heard nothing back from there either. They charged me over $40 for orders I never received that are now over a month old. I was hoping to not have to deal with my credit card company over this but am starting to think it's my only choice. I’m posting this review to make others aware that they may be charged for items they never receive or cancel. I've been receiving a Forest Leaf product through their subscription service, and while I like the product, their service is unreliable at best, but more like awful. For the first several shipments I didn't notice they were charging me for shipping, which is supposed to be free with a subscription. Thankfully they were still taking phone calls back then, so I was able to get support and they reversed 3 of the 6 shipping charges. But now they don't accept phone calls, so email is the only way to be in touch, and they don't respond. They still haven't shipped my most recent order, which was supposed to arrive two weeks ago and was charged to my credit card at that time. They sent a confirmation email with a tracking number that didn't work, and haven't responded to my email inquiries about the status of my order/shipment. I definitely don't recommend doing...

I have been using Quercetin for about 8 months for building my immunity. I originally ordered a different brand, however, after doing some research, I discovered some other elements are important to take with Quercetin. Bromelain is very for thinning mucous (it is found in pineapple) and is a protein-digesting enzyme which increases the absorption of Quercetin , and Stinging Nettle leaves and root contain a wide variety of nutrients which act as antioxidents in your body. While I have seasonal allergies and asthma, the ingredients in ForestLeaf Quercetin are excellent for me, and got me through a light bout of Covid (no vax - I choose immunity boosters!)
