I hired Custom Lotus to complete my kitchen as part of a gut renovation. This is my my third Reno and I have a good amount of experience dealing with contractors, installs etc so when I found Custom Lotus online, I was taking a leap of faith based on our meeting. Bernard made the entire process incredibly seamless by discussing my options and did a better job of keeping my budget in mind than me. As with any construction work, there are always hiccups and solving issues together is the true character of a professional. His team is incredibly knowledgeable and went beyond their scope of work with an issue that my own contractor could not handle. Custom Lotus was recommended to me by a friend of mine. For the first time in my life, I was doing complete gut renovation in my apartment. I've contacted numerous other mill work companies and did not get the same warm and safe feeling as I did when I contacted Custom Lotus. Bernard was incredibly patient and knowledgable as he went over ideas, schematics, materials and colors.
