Omega Deli & Cafe — Restaurant in New York

It's all wrong here, from a high counter where you can't see the surly worker, to a difficult-to-read menu, from long waits for orders to wrong orders and just plain bad food.

My friend ordered a chicken club panini and I ordered a Middle Eastern panini. The worker did not hear my order, and when I double checked, he told me angrily that he had. Well, he hadn't. So my friend got her sandwich and then I had to wait 10 minutes for mine. Hers was ice cold and inedible.

Mine was filled with huge chunks of cucumbers instead of the zucchini in the description. I am allergic to cucumbers so returned it and asked for a refund. The cashier said they would remake it. One minute later i was handed a skinny version--the nasty worker had pulled out the cukes and shoved it back at me. I tried to get a refund but the cashier insisted I order something else. I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap. It was salty and drenched in mayo.

Never again. If not next to a hospital with built-in and unsuspecting customers, this place would be out...

I use to only order the cheese burger deluxe.However the sign in the store states the deluxe meal is 8 dollars. Four weeks ago I got charged 9, the following week I got charged 10, the week after 9 again and last week I got charged 8. when I spoke to who seems to be the owner of the store, I asked him how much is the deluxe. he replied 10 and I explained how I get charged different prices every time I come. he said ooo ok I will give it to you for 9. I told him the sign says 8 and should be charged what the sign states. he just looked at me and right away said they are on seamless and this is the best burger around. well I went on seamless and the fact that a cheeseburger deluxe is 5 dollars more ($12.99) than in store is ridiculous. why would I pay $6.99 for fries when I can walk up the block and pay $2.50. sorry the food isn't that good to pay that much. Needless to say I stopped going to Omega. They guess how much you are going to pay at the register, save your money and go...

I purchased a delicious meal from Omega Deli today and decided to make this experience unique. When I arrived at the restaurant, I was greeted with a friendly smile and exceptional service. I received my meal and decided to enjoy it elsewhere, so I traveled 4 miles towards the Verrazano Bridge to indulge in this tasty food.

The journey was thrilling and exciting, surpassing breathtaking natural landscapes and the endless sea. My heart was filled with joy and anticipation for this extraordinary culinary experience. The dish I had was wonderful and delicious. Every bite was a flavorful delight and an unforgettable experience.

I enjoyed this delicious meal in a comfortable atmosphere with a beautiful view of the sea and the Verrazano Bridge. I highly recommend visiting Omega Deli and experiencing the delectable food they offer. You will have an amazing dining experience and create lasting memories.
