WORST company EVER!!! Stay away!!! I ordered 3 custom chairs from Susan. Ordered in Oct 2020, and didn't get chairs until April 2021. When I was placing the order she assured me I would receive them by December and no later than January. After numerous attempts to get an estimated ETA, I was lied to multiple times. Asked for a discount due to the delay and was denied. After being lied to about shipping information for months, I went to the warehouse to get answers and Susan asked me to pick out an item as a offering for the delay. Only to be told later that she would offer me a discount on the mirror I picked out. After negotiations, she offered me the mirror Free, only to arrive broken and chairs were not done to specification. I wasn't able to use the chairs because the seating dimensions were off. When asked to fix, she ordered material from the manufacture, which took a month to receive. After calling to get an ETA on the material she told me that she just received it that day and that her driver would be dropping it off. I was on my way to a funeral, so I had turn around and wait for the driver. I asked her why would she have someone drop it off?, will they fix the chairs? Her reply was...I thought you had a contractor, can't they fix it?(In a previous discussions I mentioned my contractor). I told Susan that I shouldn't be responsible to pay a contractor to fix chairs that I paid for and were not done correctly. She replied that she would "see if she can get someone to fix it". Called her back when the driver arrived to asked about the repair, she said she would call me back and I never heard...

I don’t write reviews often, but this one seemed warranted because of the amazing customer service and fast shipping. From start to finish, my experience with Throne Kingdom was great. I was hesitant to make a purchase at first, but I was personally spoken to about what was going on and the ins and outs of the business. I had the opportunity for a FaceTime call to see the chairs “live” and look at their inventory. We texted back and forth a few chairs and I finally decided what I wanted. I chose a white and gold children’s throne for a birthday photo shoot for my son. I texted them the picture of the throne I wanted at 3:47pm on Wednesday. I received a confirmation text and PayPal invoice by 3:55pm and paid immediately. At 4:32pm I had already received my shipping notification and tracking number. My package arrived early Saturday morning (SC)! My husband was so surprised when he went to open it how well it was packed. We opened the throne and couldn’t be happier. I ordered an $1800. gothic throne in or around October or November 2023. The Throne arrived with scuffs and dings in various places even where the finish was scarred. The winged canopy which was boxed separately was broken apart in the front and completely separated from the rest of the canopy. After contacting the store I was asked to return the canopy and promised a new one as replacement. After numerous calls and inquiries and excuses it is now almost March 2024 and I’m still without the replacement canopy. The throne looks incomplete without it. I would not recommend this store due to lack professional integrity and follow-up. It has not been a good transaction and I’m left with a beaten up throne chair that’s missing its most unique characteristic and selling point.
