Honestly after reading reviews I was hesitant. I called initially and was greeted professionally. I asked what time they closed (3:50pm weekday), if walk-Ins were allowed (yes) and if would be possible to check to if my requisition was in the system (it was). I didn’t receive any push back, in fact the receptionist seemed happy to help. I ended up walking in a few hours later, was welcomed with a smile by everyone at the front, asked for my Identification card and asked to have a seat. Literally 2 minutes later, I was taken back to have my blood drawn. The phlebotomist (maybe nurse) was kind, professional and empathetic which I thoroughly appreciated. Overall it was a very seamless and pleasant experience at this lab. In and out in under 10 minutes. I would recommend wholeheartedly despite the rest of the reviews. No issues whatsoever.
UPDATE: THE BLOODWORK ORDERED WAS TO BE FOR PRE-EMPLOYMENT SO IT WAS TIME SENSITIVE! MY REVIEW WAS PREMATURE. TURNS OUT THE HOSPITAL NEVER RECEIVED THE RESULTS BECAUSE THE LAB USED SOMEONE ELSES TESTING ORDERS FOR ME! THEIR EXCUSE WAS THAT THERE WAS A GLITCH IN THE SYSTEM. NONETHELESS MY IDENTITY WAS VERIFIED WITH AN IDENTIFICATION CARD UPON WALK IN AND PRIOR TO DRAWING MY BLOOD. I HAD TO CANCEL MY DAY & RUSH TO THE CITY TO DRAW BLOOD AGAIN, FOR THE CORRECT TESTS! THANKFULLY THE RN WHO WAS HELPING ME WAS ON HER JOB AND FOLLOWED UP RIGHT AWAY. THIS COULD HAVE VERY WELL DELAYED MY EMPLOYMENT AND EVEN POSSIBLY COST ME MY JOB! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
