I have mixed feeling about this store. I'm in between sizes and sometimes the large would fit like a small. The clothes may be a bit cheap but the price is right and they are cute. Love the shoe styles but when it comes to having my size 11 it is like a scavenger hunt. When all else fails buy a trinket. I had purchased a bunny to hang on my bag, love it.

They have a fitting room and dont want the Customers to use it only CERTAIN Customers they let use the fitting room just experience this at this location Bay plaza mall ... not good customer service at all everytime I go there and ask to use the fitting room they say its closed ... and I always buy a lot of clothing and have to do a second trip back to the store to do a return very...

The lady I believe her name is Maria, she is wonderful and super helpful in helping me pick out an outfit everytime I shop. The cashiers are professional. This store always has everything I need when I have an occasion/party to go to. It is always organized and clean. Prices are great especially when they have sales....
