Famous Nail Care — Local services in New York

I am actually not sure as to why they got good ratings AT ALL. This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had!! First off, most of the workers here are extremely rude and rough with your hands. David had the nerve to over charge me for a fill in that was supposed to be 16 dollars. He told me it was 20$. When I declined paying the 20$, he refused to ever do my nails again. These people are extremely cheap and charge for EVERY LITTLE THING. Plus they are very unprofessional and rude. I don’t care if it is one’s CULTURE to be rough. There is a certain professionalism that Must be kept if you want to continue having customers.

Additionally, I cane super early to get my nails done and was never seen while people who came after me were seen before me. After 3 hours of waiting to get my nails done, I decided to go to the nail salon across the street.
