I am very disappointed that the employees at this fedex terminal would steal someones package. In my case I ordered a playstation 5 for my 9 yr old son who also got through a rough fight of having covid. My package was supposed to be delivered on Nov. 12th, 2020, I tracked my order online and it said it was on a fedex truck, but I didn't recieve anything. The tracking order updated for a delivery for friday Nov 13th, 2020 and again didn't receive anything. I called fedex on Saturday Nov.14th the first agent told me that he sees that my order will arrive on that day before 7pm, but I didn't get anything. I called fedex again on this same day Nov. 14th 2020 and this time the second agent told me that the fedex first agent gave me misleading information, the second agent told me that my package was scanned and in the terminal, but it never made it on to the truck. They opened a investigation and I was appointed to a trac agent. I called everyday until today Nov. 17th 2020 and didn't get another call from the trac agent to recieve any updates. Then I got a update on the fedex tracking website and it said that the package was delivered Nov. 12th at 2:45pm, I have a doorman and cameras in my building and nothing never came, plus the fedex agent themselves told me that the package never made it on to the truck.    Read moreAbsolute worst delivery service in THE BRONX! Drivers will lie and say you're not home, leave NO notice/Door Tag. When you call to inquire, CS acts like you should just accept the horrible service that YOU PAID FOR. Also, drivers will also just "not make a delivery attempt" if busy. Well they know when they load their trucks if they will be busy package count + weather etc. And the favorite excuse for the 800# people is "it's the holidays, so there are lots of packages". As if Xmas NEVER HAPPENED EVER BEFORE! The lack of staffing is disgusting for such a "large" company. I suggest when ordering online, STRONGLY request they do NOT ship via FedEx. Provided tracking and delivery dates are more HOPE than anything else. On a bright note, Sandy (at the Bronx terminal) has been helpful, but honestly I just want the items to be delivered. I don't want to hear excuses for why the driver failed do to his/her job. If tracking says its on the track, the driver SHOULD deliver...PERIOD. Everyone there should be fired...
   Read moreI am in such shock as to the unprofessionalism of FedEx with employees from this location I am was also disappointed and the phone customer service I clearly left a message to be noted to the driver that there is no one in my home after 12 p.m. painted able driving to tell me that a delivery attempt was made at 1:25 as I proceeded to ask him if he was returning to do a second attempt because yesterday's driver came twice he cut me off and told me that he's a different person and he does his job very well I said so nobody's questioning as to whether he do a good job I'm trying to make a way to receive my package and he told me again that he's a good text person and proceeded to hang up on me I had left a message for the manager to this location to contact me because I've been having difficulties since yesterday and I still have not received a call I am so surprised that FedEx is operating in this way it's outrageous that an employee can be disrespectful to a customer and hang...
