I had a very bad experience trying to get my bracelet fixed. one of the links was separated and upon 'repair' it was welded the opposite way which left the clasp unable to fasten. upon return i asked many times to fix their inefficient job by unlinking the link that was fixed in the first place, and NOT UNLINK THE LOCK. few days later upon getting my bracelet back, i see that THE LOCK was unlinked and welded the opposite way to make the clasp close. this made the clasp link unable to bend, they tried to fix it while i was in the store but only made it worse. now my bracelet that has a sentimental value to me, was fixed 3 times in three different spots that you can clearly see due to a poor craftsmanship, plus the clasp link does not bend that forces me to use my teeth every time i need to wear it. thank you for ruining...
