Save your money and go somewhere else. I used their electrolysis services for 4/5 months and no improvement was seen, somehow quite the opposite, my skin became very irritated with a lot of ingrown hair. They would pull my hairs with a tweezer instead of getting the hair properly. For my ingrowns, they would pick my skin to get to them, leaving me with scars. They would get me to prolonge my sessions to get more money from me of course. Overall, very disappointed, even after expressing my concerns MULTIPLE times, and to the owner as well, no solution was offered nor a commercial gesture for the inconvenience...
