I was referred to this place by a friend and, what a great surprise of a place this was.

It is a hidden gem in the Marble Hill section of the bronx. Truly hidden, you have to look good for it...and man, was it worth it.

I dealt with Orlando throughout the whole process, went there with my mother, and the level of respect he showed us, the time he took to pay attention to detail, the suggestions he made and what the end product became, it was beyond what we expected.

Never once did I feel pressured, or left with unanswered questions, or anything. Anything that I needed to know, he would answer and explain and go beyond and suggest more ideas to fit in with what I had in mind.

I can't speak highly enough about Orlando. Even for requests I had that were to be added on later, he followed through without issue.

I dealt with a few florists before, and Orlando/Flowers By Zenda, far exceeded any expectation I had.

He was on time with the deliveries, everything was setup perfectly, everything was beautifully done.

Even after all was set and done, he even told us if we felt more comfortable to shop around to maybe find a better price or anything else, it would be fine and he would understand.

But after the impression he left on me, the respect he showed me and my mother, the view he had on the flower setup, I couldn't pass up and let myself hire someone else.

Ever since I was a little girl this has been my family’s go to flower shop. Now as an adult I use them myself. I definitely recommend them. My mom always bought me birthday flowers here- my favorite roses with glitter! My prom flowers, wedding flowers, babyshower flowers, etc were all from here. There’s not one occasion we haven’t used them for. Orlando listens to what you want and always makes the most beautiful arrangements. He’s also very kind and goes above and beyond. During quarantine I couldn’t make it to the flower shop but he helped me over the phone put in an arrangement for my grandmothers funeral and it was even delivered. He doesn’t just see his clients as business, he sees his clients as people. That’s why we always return. This is a true gem in the neighborhood. Thank you Orlando! P.s. the flowers last a long time! I still have an arrangement my mom sent me when I gave birth last year to my second son. My son just turned one and I still have the flowers. They’re dry but...

I placed an online order for my mother's birthday in September... I'm out of state so had to rely on a Google search, ratings, and reviews. Though there is another flower shop closer in proximity to where my mother lives, that shop didn't meet my expectations in the past so I decided to try someplace else and am I glad I did! I called the shop after completing my order so to speak with a live person to confirm and get clarity on the arrangement. Orlando was awesome and professional, and assured me the flowers would meet my expectations and delivery would be timely. My mother was sooo impressed with the flowers, and that's huge coming from her. We are no strangers to what a proper and well done arrangement should be, and in her words, "this is one of the most beautiful arrangments I've ever seen!" Mission accomplished. Orlando understood the assignment and executed with perfection. I look forward to doing business with Flowers By Zenda again in the future. Thanks...
