Dunkin — Restaurant in New York

Went there after buying cat food at Target for my little guys. 🙂 I asked for a large Dunkin Donuts Pumpkin Spice Latte. The cashier was respectful, & the guy who made the drink did a very good job. I love the seasonal drink's. Went another time to get the Peppermint Mocha Latte, & the female employee there who was probably in her late 20's had a snotty attitude. I came in polite as ever, & she looked like she hated that job. I said hello, how are you? The response I got from her was what do you want? Either way I gave her a nice tip, & on the way out I said have a wonderful holiday. Of course no response. Not that I honestly was expecting one. She over charged me as well. Ugh.. I almost gave it 5 stars! I was excited to go here.. the first time i went i ordered a latte caramel. With almond milk since im lactose intolerant. Even with a coupon from the app the server gave it to me. His partner was about to charge me and was stopped by his coworker and told me not to worry about it. I’ve been coming here everyday for the past 2 weeks, the managers of the place is rude to black people, always messing up my order during the transaction and gets mad at me bc they messed up. Today I wanted an iced coffee with light ice & instead of putting it to my order, he continued to talk over me & ignore my request multiple times even when he was making the drink.
