Went in to get a cracked screen fixed and less then 24hours my phone BLEW UP and nearly set my apt on fire. I think they messed up and knicked the battery. They said they ' saw the battery was damaged and decided to say nothing' I don't buy that because any business would try and get more money from you? Either way it's gross neglegence on their part that seriously put me and my family in danger. ThankFULLY They did fix it after...kinda. they gave me the wrong screen, so part of my screen is obstructed in the corners and tried to gaslight me and tell me it was always like that...like my battery percentage was always only partially visible. My phone is a galaxy ultra, it had a pen, that they didn't replace or even address. My nfc reader doesn't work anymore. My camera only partially works and I can't zoom. I can no longer do wireless charging. AND my screen still glitches out sometimes. And after blowing up my phone and leaving it worse than it was when I brought it in They didnt even Offer a refund or anything and actually asked me for more money. Which I absolutely was not going to give them after they screwed me over and damaged part of my apartment with their failures. Never going here again.
