Roy did the opposite of what I asked of him on both occasions. After my initial appointment I had to come back because I felt like he barely did anything to my hair considering the price I paid. I asked him to add a bit of more blonde to the front. This time I left with unsymmetrical, over-processed and completely burnt off hair. When I came back I felt unwelcomed, rushed and quite honestly disrespected. After I explained to him in the salon that my hair was orange, gold and white, all the colors I asked him not to do, he dismissed me and handed me a cup with an ounce of purple shampoo and told me to do it at home. Yeah, he didn't even tone it...When I came home and assessed how poor of a job it truly was, I realized that my hair was literally burnt off. He offered to fix it, I declined. We came to what I thought was a resolution, however he did not keep his word and refunded me for an amount that I did not agree to and NOT ONCE did he apologize to me. His salon is way too chaotic which is distracting to him and customers. He's always late, constantly overbooking people and there's nowhere to sit. Not an...
