Whilst the customer service was OK, I was ripped off! I paid a fortune for a couch (over $3000) only to have it shredding after 3 1/2 years. When I called to complain, I was told it’s past the warranty and if I want it recovered, I would have to pay another $700. I was also told that they have had complaints from other people regarding the same issue. so, my question is if you had complaints, why did you not take this couch off the markets? Why did you continue selling it knowing that it is inferior quality? I feel this is totally dishonest and basically a.chilul Hashem for a frum person to do this in general, even more so to a fellow Jew. I would never refer anyone to this place. It has unfortunately taught me never to do business with a Yiddishe business as they have shown themselves to be dishonest, and do not back...

If only there would be an option for 10 stars I would give you 100* rating, from when I called after hours and received EXCELENET costumer service all options to the delivery in a holiday weekend without any helpers the owner delivered, and assembled all with a smile wow best...
