I have been going to Jasmine nails for over 6 years.... and just yesterday WENDY the owner disrespected me in a horrible way. She did my nails and i had a pedi, this all cost me $80 i always spend 80-100 per visit which is every 3 weeks.... and all i did was ask her to change my gel polish bc i was not happy with how it looked. She came OUT HER FACE after all the money i spent there. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY ARE RUDE WITH ATTUTUDES ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE SAYING! I always came here because its literally 2 blocks away from home, now i must travel to have my nails done because i will never GIVE HER A PENNY of my money. HER LOSS, BECAUSE IM TAKING ALL 4 OF MY FRIENDS FROM THERE. THEY HATE THE OWNER'S ATTITUDE AND THE PEDI'S ????? DONE BY PEOPLE THEY JUST HIRED. SO SAD, I SHOULD OF KNOWN, THERE IS ALWAYS DIFFERENT PEOPLE THERE. NICE KNOWING YOU MS....
Read moreI have been going to this place since it opened around a year ago, and I have used the same girl (Ada) that I followed from Hollywood nail salon on Ave. M. I have recently, in my last three visits with Ada felt like she didn't want to work. She has become complacent and very passive-aggressive. The pedicure was...
Read moreAfter going to Jasmine Nails since it opened I went today to find that suddenly many of the workers that would do my pedicures suddenly were not working there anymore. This new employee started yelling at me arguing why I would not use her. I tried to ignore her but then she just started talking in Chinese to the other workers around her. I would of walked out then but my feet were already soaking in the bath. I asked to speak with the owner but was told she went home. This was untrue as I saw her go to the back room and there is no exit there. In short, if you want to be humiliated, talked about and humiliated this is the place to go! With so many nail salons on Avenue M it’s horrible to be...
