As a person who is lactose intolerant, it is hard for me to find places that have non-dairy ice cream in my area. I was craving a milkshake & The Ice Cream House...saved me and gained a new fan! I ordered via Uber Eats, the to go packaging was so cute! It was also reassuring that there were nondairy stickers on the bag as well. The milkshake was packaged carefully. There wasn’t any spillage and there was a big straw included, so I was able to fully indulge. The taste was amazing as soon as I took the first spit. I was a bit sad it wasn’t a thick consistency, but as I drank, it was just so good. I was able to finish it quickly. I will be ordering again !!!

BUT they had sugar free vanilla/strawberry. i asked for a cone, and he said its a bit wobbly, so i opted for a cup, and he filled it to the point, where it would fall, he offered a cone on top(no need), a plate(for the dripping, not needed). when it was time to pay, i didnt care about the price because, how often am i going to get this? every 2 months should make it worth it. OH and it was SMOOTH(a bit too cold) not like foyo(yuck after taste).

Again, I didn't try the dairy ice cream but would advise against buying non dairy options

So I didn't taste the dairy ice cream, only the non dairy. I truly think it was awful. Because of this, I put 3 stars on food cause I didn't eat the rest, but what I did was bad. In the service side, if you go to the Latinos, they are more capable and fast. The rest are nice but a little slow to react. The place does need some maintenance or remodeling. I requested 2 half gallons, one for cookies & cream and birthday cake ice cream. Which that couldn’t be provided at the time so the server gave me 2 quarts instead. The main issue is the server who was working on 6/17/20 who created my order at 8:43PM, his name is Hermegildo purposely had charged me for someone else’s order of 3 hard serve smalls for an additional $11.97. And I’m assuming this was done because he let the two girls that ordered ahead of me leave without paying their whole bill so he charged my card instead. And this server automatically thought I didn’t need a recipe, which I had to ask for as well. When Hermegildo charged me for someone else’s order, it was not honest, and it definitely was not professional. He definitely makes this business look terrible, he can’t even provide something as simple as honest and professional work. I wonder what else this server does to rip off his local customers. Yes LOCAL! Now I have no choice but to tell friends and family what’s happening at this ice cream store. Just in case they end up going there. Don’t want them getting ripped off...

Bought a 8" dairy cake for a girl's birthday party... loved how beautiful it looked and how it tasted. We had zero leftovers after the party. The cake that I ordered came within 15 minutes of the time that they said they would be delivering to store. Not cheap, but well worth it. Would order from there again for the quality. The assistant in the store also helped me transfer the cake from a aquare box into dome shaped cake holder, so that it would fit into a thermal cold bag. The underlying plate prevents the cake from hitting the sides even while moving during transportation. Came out unscathed when...
