Laundromat Pick Up INC. — Local services in New York

I come from the other side of Queens (about a 20-30 minute drive) to wash here since my neighborhood laundromats are super congested, machines don’t wash well, don’t have parking and charge outrageous prices. I’ve been coming to this location for years and ever since the virus outbreak the prices have went up and the quality has gone down tremendously, even the customer service. All the staff used to be very courteous and helpful but since the virus it seems that the same 2 people work all the time and they seem to work under stress. Despite myself and Friends using this laundromat on a regular basis I was in the unfortunate predicament today and desperately needed to use the restroom. I was rudely told absolutely not despite visibly needing to use the restroom. I had just come from an interview I was wearing a nice suit and requested very nicely. I made a review 5 years ago and gave it 4 starts but I’ve updated it to 5. Still the best laundry mat in the area. The most clean and comfortable place to wash your clothes and the staff is very friendly and helpful. And they wash the top where the soap goes very regularly almost never has build up. Machines are well kept and so are the dryers. And they also make sure they are repairing dryers if they are having issues. I come here weekly. I wouldn’t go anywhere...
