I used to order from here all the time , there was a very nice lady I don’t know her name but he always used to take my order and I had a very pleasant experience

Her new staff has a hard time dealing with English speaking customers when trying to place an order over the phone

The last two times I called in the middle of taking my order , I would ask for sour cream , etc and they would say “I no understand” then when I try to repeat it they would just freeze up and just straight up hang up the phone, This happened the last two or 3 times I called to order one time it was a woman who hung up the other two was a guy.I called back one time right after and they picked up again and said sorry then when I asked again they said “what” and hung up again.

It is very rude they need better training to deal with English only speaking people I’m not discriminating but come on now not a single person in there...

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! They do not know what they are doing!!! Waited for food almost 2 hours because the first time they sent my food with the wrong driver. When the second driver arrived after 40 minutes, they did not have the food ready. I called the restaurant and the lady was very nasty, rude, yelling on the phone, unwilling to provide quality customer service and hung up on me. When I called back to know what is actually happening with my order they had blocked my phone number LOL. This and the other reviews I see here is why they will never be bigger and better :)

My response to the “owner” response: I never spoke to you so you wouldn't know the situation! I never spoke to the driver either. So embarrassing how you take your time to reply to bad ratings to say lies about the situation. Anyways, continue doing well in life because in business- not so...

Happen to bump into this place unexpectedly and let me just say, Good thing I did! The food was amazing! So tasty and full of flavor! We started off with some guacamole and chips and it was so fresh, chunky and perfectly seasoned. my husband had the corn in a cup and it was also very good, full of cheese, Mayo & Tajín! Super tasty! He had a Mexican soda which is just right at a Mexican restaurant and I had tamarindo agua fresca, so refreshing! We finished off with birria tacos and YUMMY! We had a side of the consume and everything was just delicious! The place is small but super cute, the service is also very decent. They are super busy! A lot of to go orders and Uber deliveries which can only means the food is that good! Can’t wait to go back and try more items...
