M'NY Flowers — Local services in New York

As A pre-existing client I I am very disappointed I ordered flowers expecting same-day delivery, and they completely ignored my calls when I was looking for the expected delivery date as it was already 8 PM that day and the flowers were still not delivered. I’ve only been trying to get in contact with this flower shop for that in past three days and all they keep doing is forward me to voicemail or hanging up. I am absolutely frustrated as a paying customer this is sooo not worth the money. Not only did they deliver the flowers in next day after 3 PM they deliver them at the wrong address The only way we found out it was at the wrong address is when we seen her drive off and not even acknowledging the fact that my sister was standing outside waiting for her flowers and they still delivered them to the wrong address. I am disappointed with the delivery service. I’m disappointed with the overall customer service experience they will not acknowledge They’re wrong and will not call me back highly highly do not Recommend this shop Zero...

Although this store has relatively expensive prices and worse customer service, I've been buying flowers from them for a year only because it is conveniently located to my house. The other day I needed flowers at 10:30am but when I got there, they were closed even though the hours are from 10am. After waiting for 15 mins and several unanswered phone calls, I had to go to a different store and bought flowers from there. However I wasn't satisfied with the wrapping; and on my way back, I saw that M'MY FLOWERS was open. So I stopped by to ask the owner if she could wrap the flowers nicely and told her I was willing to pay. Without even listening to me until I finished, she rudely denied. Even though I repeatedly said the flowers were for an important event and I needed help with wrapping, and I was here earlier to buy flowers from her but the store was closed, she didn't even care to help and didn't want to listen to me at all - absolutely disgusting attitude and customer service!! I'm not coming here anymore. One star...

My husband and I were so lucky to book Madlena, owner of M'NY Flowers, for our wedding yesterday. She is so talented, with over a decade of experience, and was so accommodating with our requests and budget. She worked closely with us to choose the exact flowers and design we wanted and even sourced the ribbons in our wedding color (dusty blue), which was really hard to find. She is also very honest and will tell you if flowers will work or not, and she is a professional whom we absolutely trust. Our bouquets, arch, bouteniere, welcome table, and even the corsage for our pup came out absolutely beautifully, everyone complimented them.
