My husband and I went to the location on Boston Rd and we told them exactly what we wanted. However the bed they delivered wasn’t the one we chose and were promised. When we confronted them about it they at first were in disagreement until my husband mentioned a lawyer. He was told that the boss agreed to exchanged our merchandise for the correct bed set, but he wouldn’t have it in his store until March 1st. My husband called the furniture store today and the boss is claiming he never said that and that because we’ve been using the bed for months (which is incorrect, we’ve been using it only for a month and a half) he can’t exchange the product. They are all liars from Kaval the sales person to Al the owner.. They distorted my house after delivery. KAVAL is a person of terrible character. She doesn't know how to relate to her customers. She doesn't care about the customers and is very unprofessional. She tries to sell you what is expensive, not what you want or need. She doesn't care about your budget, she only cares about her phone and playing on it! She isn't bothered to give you the time of day. She's just the worst!
