This place is honestly a disaster from an in person experience to over the phone customer service, they give you an appointment to see Dr. Marco A Garcia but proceed to state that it’s first come first served method, even if you’re the first to arrive, you have to wait hours before the doctor arrives and starts seeing his patients.

The staff is rude and proceed to insult you when all you ask of them is for help. I had been issued a referral to go see a dermatologist and unfortunately misplaced it and asked them to fax over a new one to the office I was about to be seen in, they proceeded to state that no report of referral given was on file and they were unable to provide one unless I came to the office to see the doctor again. The unprofessionalism and disorganization is unlike any other place I’ve been to, this place should create a better atmosphere for its patients and provide better solutions to problems like a simple referral.

Please save yourself the time and go elsewhere.

Honestamente, este lugar es un desastre, desde una experiencia en persona hasta un servicio telefónico al cliente, le dan una cita para ver al Dr. Marco A García, pero proceden a declarar que es el método primero en llegar, incluso si usted es el primero en Cuando llegue, debe esperar horas antes de que llegue el médico y comience a ver a sus pacientes.

El personal es grosero y procede a insultarlo cuando todo lo que les pide es ayuda. Me enviaron un referido para ir a ver a un dermatólogo y desafortunadamente lo extravié y les pedí que enviaran por fax uno nuevo a la oficina en la que estaba a punto de ser atendido, procedieron a declarar que no había ningún informe de referencia dado y no pudieron proporcionar uno a menos que fuera a la oficina para ver al médico nuevamente. La falta de profesionalismo y la desorganización es diferente a cualquier otro lugar en el que he estado, este lugar debería crear una mejor atmósfera para sus pacientes y proporcionar mejores soluciones a problemas como una simple derivación.

I come here to visit my dermatologist from Skin First Dermatology- they are fantastic! They are the only reason this place gets any stars. But they are only here twice a month from their Bayside offices, so they’re within this establishment. Having to check in with reception to be buzzed in through a side door, you’re going to wait a while- 15min minimum which cuts right through your appointment time. Reception at this place has zero sense of urgency but also no real empathy for the community they’re serving. Predominately Spanish speaking working class, most clients are taking time off of work yet reception feels as if you need to wait on them because they don’t work for you- then they give you snarky answers instead of being helpful. Get it together. When you are in a position to be the face of an establishment it is your responsibility to the community you are serving to have a positive or at least a beneficial visit. I am sure that you as a receptionist go to other places to be helped and served, and would like to be greeted by a friendly face or to the very least by someone willing to help you. It’s incredible how you can wait hours and hours just to get your lab results. I had an appointment to get my lab results and after waiting 1:30 minutes they told me that my results were not ready. Really? Why didn’t anybody call me to inform me about this? Why did you make me wait an hour and 30 minutes to tell me my results were not ready? My time is extremely valuable to me. Came back to get the results again and it’s been more than two hours and still waiting!!! I was 4 in line and i was here by 7:14 AM. It’s now 9:15 AM and still no results!!! Is this even healthy? I have never been so disappointed in a medical office. The wait in an emergency room at a hospital seems heavenly amazing compare to this. At least at hospital you would get your results the same day!!!! And does anybody care? No!!!! Whenever you try to ask anybody about the waiting time they just give you attitude!! This message won’t even matter to whoever work at this place because their main goal is to make appointments every three minutes and make people wait a lifetime at the waiting room!
