Veterans Grove — Attraction in New York

beware!! there is a white aggresive mean lady on a wheel chair and a spanish looking lady with two dogs a black and small white one who supposly runs and owns the park just because they volunteers there.. So if by mistake your child throws the ball inside the fence ...she will literally scream at him and use a strong bad language asking him to DO NOT PASS THERE!! Mostly that white lady has a harash strong language ... she screams at kids and has no respect she is even races ... she even told a parent I am a American unlike you ... i mean if she volunteers for the park .. shouldnt she have more respect instead of cursing at parents and children and talking to them like that ..... and for going over the fence.. next time there should be a sign ** saying no tresspassing ... disgusting...

The soft-surface playground has a straight and spiral metal slide, two sets of monkey bars, and various platforms to climb. There's one water fountain, plenty of wooden benches, a small dog run area, and a dirt patch on the north side that kids often use for playing soccer or just digging holes. VG -triangular park serves a very densely populated area. A lot of us,our kids spent time here. Sorry to say it is very very poorly maintained. We all have to bear a shared responsibility, the users & the maintenance-team.

On top the cleaner's/officials are not doing the job they are supposed to do. We do'nt know why.The supervisors ,need to do more to get it done.Definitely lapses are there. Our request to City authority please do some thing to keep the park /the groove up to...
