Worst furniture store Ever!!! I hardly ever write reviews but everyone needs to know how they do business....Please stay away from this furniture store they do not operate from a place of integrity. The owner is aggressive, the salespeople, or at least the one my family bought from whose name is Kari-was non responsive half the time always out the office or on vacation. It was like the min she recieved payment she didnt wanna be bothered. A little context- my father in law who is 72 went in to this furniture store to purchase a sofa and dinning table set for his new apt. Since he is older my wife and myself accompanied him to help with the process. We all came to an agreement with price and deliver taxes etc, on a sofa and table with 4 chairs. We advised them his apt is small and ask all questions about the deliver since this wasnt our 1st time buying furniture. We specifically asked the proper questions like what if it doesn't fit will they disassemble and reassemble if necessary etc.... day of delivery they arrived and advised he would have to pay an additional charge to bring the sofa in the apt. 1st red flag! Long story short we cancelled the order and advised Kari the tabe which they brought was a used one and contained defects such as rust on the bottle of the table legs and the legs of the chair would wobble un even. After calling her She agreed and stated yes it a demo model thats why it was such a good deal. (Never mentioned that pior) After going back and forth with Kari via telephone we advised this isn't what we agreed. We need resolution! She then sent someone to address the issues or take the table....the table was not fixed and they said to my father in law we cannot take the table back...With no resolution we decided to go back to the store. Both over the phone via whatsapp, and in person, we were advised she would try for a refund but had to wait for approval... After waiting weeks were told they wouldn't refund the sofa that we would have to pick another sofa. Still no resolution on a refund or on the table. After waiting even more time to hear back from a manager or the owner we decided to go thru our credit card. But wanted to give her one last opportunity to resolve the issue. We returned again in-store hopeing to find resolution and maybe speak to a manger. When arriving to the store she was joking with 3 people we waited patiently. After she finish joking with the people in the store she started to attend us. Within 3 min another person walks into the store and she just stops with us to attend the person. At this point i had to speak up and say we patiently waited and now ur making us wait again please help us and then move on.. Kari seemed annyoned but continued with us. I finally stepped in a expressed my disappointment and that I was gonna go thru the credit card if we didnt have resolvement fast because I felt we were just being strung along. She told us we should not go thru the credit card because it would block any help she could provide and they probably just deny it anyway....She stated she was trying to help us and we are being difficult customers. At this point I knew she did not have our best interest at heart so we called our Card. A simple call to the Credit card everything was resolved I love American express! 4 months later present day and my father inlaw is getting harassing calls from this company so I decided to call on his behalf to investigate. My experience this time around was worst then the initial experience. When calling the store I explained everything and the person told me iam new and advised me to call Kari. Following instructions, I called Kari to have her tell me why I was calling her on her personal number. The store provided me with the number, which is the same number she provided us with at the time of sale. I apologized and hung up. Called back the store and was advised to call back in 15.

Iâve went to 2 different locations, your â sales lady keep telling me they going to call me back after they speak to a manger or the wear house to confirm I didnât receive the mattress .. nothing ! Not a way to do business ! Your lack of communication and business etiquette is so unprofessional.
So after me leaving this review I got a email back . With false claims ! # 1 saying I deny the warehouse call â false because if I did they would of showed up with the mattress but didnât bc I picked up and told them I cancel the order with the sales rep and she was suppose to call them and never did . #2 that they havnt receive calls from me u till now ..false again ! I left my name and number for over a month in tremont and morris park locations . # that they committed store policy before I sign .. how will u know if it wasnât u who I delt with !? They lied to bank to there fore I canât get my money back instead they want to give me store credit as if I wasnât to buy something from there again !? The nerve of this manager ! Go take your money and go to real furniture store and not these little cheap quality place like this that have workers who canât even speak English let alone have...
   Read morePlease do no spend your hard earned money in this store. They will Steal from you! I ordered a bed from this store and it arrived damaged. I have been calling for a month to have the bed replaced and they refuse to replace it. They will tell you they will take care of the issue and call you back but they never do. The sale representative keeps on referring to the manager and never makes you speak to him/her. This is also not a one off situation this happens pretty frequently. Refer to their Facebook reviews lots of customers have been victimized by them on the same manner. If you scroll through the Google reviews this issue is also happening. The only way to resolve this matter is to take them to court! If you want to spend your money in a local store in the Bronx, please take your business to Corner Furniture. I recently made purchases from them and I found the product at a cheaper price and they honored a price match. My delivery was smooth and my product arrived in amazing condition.
