I really wanted to give this place 5 stars, but after a day of getting a gel mani, my cuticles burn from the unprofessional and amateur job that was done. As you can see in my photos, the nails are not the same length, but more importantly, while she was taking the gel polish off, she scraped my skin. Moreover, the cuticles were cut so harshly that it jabbed into my skin and left a mark. I can't wash anything nor can I use any soap as the wounds burn if I do so. The service was rushed and I don't think the person who did my nails was licensed or experienced.

I called the place around 11 asking if they take appointments or walk ins. The lady on the phone said appointments and then hung up on me. Afterward, I called again to schedule a pedicure. When I came in, I asked the lady if I could see gel nail polish. She told me I should’ve told her that on the phone with an attitude. She misunderstood me, I didn’t want a gel manicure, I wanted to use gel polish for my pedicure. When my feet was drying, no one came to ring me up. I got tips which are acrliyic nails and u can clearly see the tips threw my nails. On the reference color it showed to be darker I payed a lot of money and very unsatisfied when I asked to come back to fix it they said they couldn’t help me and they’re sorry but I’m embarrassed to walk out with these nails and have to pay a lot of money to get it redone for my brothers wedding.
