Terrific barbers in Brooklyn- right off the Avenue J stop on the Q. Amazing attention to detail with a bit of pampering. Starts off with a quick neck/shoulder/head massage, then it’s down to business- whether it’s just a scissor cut or using buzzers, too- at 37 years of age, I’ve never had better haircuts. They then use a straight razor to line up the back of your hair with surgical precision. Then, to finish it off, they throw some hot and aromatic towels on your face for exfoliation and relaxation. I’ll never let another human touch my hair as long as I live in NYC.

I personally happened to work with Lenny first (and have stuck with him since then) but everyone there is a master of their craft. It’s not pricey either- $20 (without tip) for the above service is amazing- just make sure to tip well because these guys deserve it.
