Not very happy. The people were definitely very nice but the quality of the work was not. For starters, I asked for golden blond hair with lowlights. I showed pictures. I specifically said more yellow, not white, not silver. The lady said she understood. I asked if I should just dye the base and then put lowlights or just highlight a lot. She told me highlights would work. She did not tell me it would be a double-process job and would be much more expensive. Additionally, my hair did not come out golden. It came out white, silver, and gray. The highlights look unnatural and chunky and did not cover most of the base hair like I had asked. They just look like wide highlights. I'm also extremely upset about the GRAY hair because I am NOT 70 years old and I do not wish to look 40 years older. They charged me about 200 in the end for this. I couldn't even go back, because they were closed 3 days after, to fix it. Nor would I want them to. I'm afraid it'd just get worse. Also, the girl next to be who was getting her hair straightened had to ask over 5x for them to go over the underside of her hair again because it still wasn't straight and they didn't understand her. The reason I give 5 stars is because I cannot find a stylist who actually listens to me when it comes to color or cut. I’ve been a returning customer the last 10 years because they are honest with my hair condition and always advise how far I should go when it comes to bleaching. If you’ve done box dye, be honest or your hair will not get to the color you expected. Coloring is an art! When they went out of town for a year, I had to find a new stylist who ended up ruining my hair! Upon their return, it took a painful year of growing out, and another 6 months of a temporary color that I didn’t enjoy much to get back to where I’d like my hair to be. It’s still a process.

They’re also great with kids and super patient! My boys have been getting cuts here since they could walk and are now 8 and 10.

We’ll continue coming back as a family as long as Andy and Tiffany are still opening...

I expected more honestly, went for a color correction and she bleached entire head. All i wanted was to tone the orange, after bleaching and lifting hair, all hair got fried and fell off. Now i am left with weak noodle like hair. As a hair expert you should know if the hair can handle the bleach. I will never get my time and my hair back. Please do not go here for any color...
