I wish i could give zero stars. They charged me $100 even though my child was covered under my insurance plan. They refused to let me submit the insurance claim myself after claiming they submitted it 3 times (my insurance company never got a claim from them). it took me threatening to call the Better Business Bureau and reporting them for them to finally issue me a refund. They are rude, never call back when they say they will, and always give you the run around. i am SO happy i chose to find a different doctor for my baby. I would never recommend this place or any of Dr. Lee's practices to ANYONE. The service is truly despicable.

UPDATE: how coincidental that after they finally refunded me my $100, i called my insurance company and they finally received the claim from them and got paid. all these people wanted to do was keep my money so they would get paid more. insurance companies never pay the full price the practice charges.

This is the worst pediatricians office I’ve ever been to! My daughter was diagnosed with autism through psychologist and neurologist and they refuse to fill out the form needed for her to get respite care at home. Every week they give me a new excuse as to why they can’t fill it out. First it was because they said they needed to speak to the psychologist. Then they said she just needed to be diagnosed through neurologist instead. Did that and still they refuse to fill out form. Now they’re saying the neurologist report doesn’t say she needs services at home for her to get the care she needs. Duhh!!!! Because you’re the pcp you’re suppose to put that she needs the care at home. Someone needs to report this office!! Not only that but we waited 2 plus hours to only be seen for 5 minutes they told me everything bc would be filled out in 3 days and it’s been 2 months and counting. Do not bring your kids here they only care about...

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. The staff here is so unprofessional, lazy and rude, it is sad. Per the manager, the doctor approves this behavior as I was confidently told he will "side with her."

My now 5 year old has been a patient of this office since he was a few months old up until today. Anytime, I've ever needed anything from this office it is an obstacle. They're famous for the "it's been non-stop" excuse. And don't call them on it, because they will be spiteful with your paperwork. This office is just not worth the stress when there are so many other pediatric offices that actually work, where the doctors won't allow this kind of treatment.

Sidenote: They don't confirm appointments and they always overbook. The NP's are usually nice as that is who you'll ever see since the doctor is only there once a week. Also, if you are of Asian descent you might be treated a little better than the rest.
