This is by far the best nail salon in all of Sunnyside, and I've been to most of them. The owner, Sonam, is incredibly kind and will always do whatever she can to fit you in if they are busy but they do prefer you make an appointment so I would try to call ahead. They do design work also and have great spa packages for your feet that are lovely. I've also had callus removal done on my feet and paraffin waxing. My feet are so soft after any pedicure! The inside is very cozy and inviting. There's always soft music playing. I highly recommend this place - very convenient for anybody in Queens befause it's right off of Queens Blvd. near the #7 train at 46th Street.

This is the BEST nail salon in the neighborhood. I have been going to this nail salon for probably 10 years. They are so kind. Today, I had the wonderful opportunity to take my daughter in and they were extremely kind, gentle, and patient with her. For example, they took hearts individually out of a sparkle polish so that she could have one on each of her small nail beds - Just so sweet! Pictures included below for reference. My gel manicure and traditional pedicure are fresh and clean. They really took the extra care and I can’t wait to continue to take her there as she gets older.

Worst experience at a nail salon - Do not recommend. I got acrylic nails and she starts the service by filing my cuticles raw causing them to bleed on multiple fingers. I told her to stop because it hurts and she proceeds to scrub alcohol on the open wounds. It was obvious they didn’t know what they were doing - they’re completely uneven, lumpy and not to mention painful. When I asked for a refund or for them to fix it they didn’t seem to care.

I had a negative experience this weekend. I requested the city package with callous removal and additional massage. Once in the massage chair, the worker only used on hand for the massage and then switched to pressing her elbow into my spine. I asked if she could please use both hands instead of wedging the elbow into my spine which was actually painful. She proceeded to use one hand for the massage. Additionally, she was speaking the whole time (a language other than English, that I don't understand). I asked what was going on. Was she speaking to me? Was she on the phone? I thought maybe we was talking on her mobile phone and that was the reason why she only used one hand. She responded that she has an injured shoulder and for that reason she could not use both hands. Then also told me the content of her conversation _ which I really didn't want to hear or know. I just wanted a relaxing massage. I said but if you are injured maybe someone else can do my massage. She offered five additional minutes- which didn't resolve the one hand massage problem. At the end she used a hot stone. Which is usually fine for me but it burned my skin. I yelped and said okay, I just want to pay and leave. She then yelled at me and told me that I didn't want to pay. I repeatedly said I want to pay so that I can leave because today has been very unpleasant. She told me that I just wanted a free service... It was terrible, I reiterated that I never said that I did not want to pay. In fact, I repeatedly stated I want to pay so I can leave. She then seemed to hear me, charged me and offered the customer loyalty card. Which I responded, how can I come back here?!?!?! The atmosphere has changed since the owner Sonam is no longer on site. Bottom line on the rare occasion the owner is there in my experience the service is better, But I will...

DO NOT GO HERE! After going here for quite some time I've realized that this place is filled with money hungry workers such as Lucy. They try to sell you every single product over and over and hardly take no for an answer. I'm especially annoyed with my last experience. I arrived with my sister at 3:00 pm for a pedicure. They tell me it is a 10 minute wait. After waiting 45 minutes another customer walks in and says she had an appointment at 2:00pm. Her friend walks in a few minutes later and Lucy asks if her friend have an appt too? The customer responds no. However Lucy has the audacity to walk over to me and my sister who have been waiting 45 minutes and tell us the other customers will be going before us. I might have been okay with the one girl who had a 2:00 appt going (even though she was 1 hour and 45 minutes late) but to also give special treatment to her friend was very UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNFAIR! My sister and I quietly left a few minutes later and will NEVER BE RETURNING. The owner was not there that day and so I guess the employees feel they can do whatever they want. Very...

This place is a small business but they act like they are a big corporation. They refused to honor a gift certificate for a mani for a 8 year old child. FLAT OUT REFUSED with MAJOR attitude, we even offered to pay for pedicures for mom and daughter and they literally laughed at me and said the certificate is a year old, NO. The certificate is expired, we are 7 days late but if you own a small nail salon, you see a child standing there, you have the heart to say, NO? What are they losing? A life time customer that is what they are losing, it would have cost them NOTHING to give the child a quick mani and my friend who gifted us actually paid cash for it so they already got PAID. This is outrageous and I hope the owner sees this and reflect on her own, KARMA will catch up with you. This way of doing business will lead you to zero success, this bad review is the beginning of lots of bad luck going your way if you keep this up, check your employees, ask if they are nice to customers if you are not at the store, install cameras, they are ruining your business if they...
