I went to this salon and it was only me and another customer. I went there to get my eyebrows waxed and to get a manicure done. The young female employee did not do a good job waxing my eyebrows. It took her longer than it takes for other employees at other salons where I have got id done. Also, she was constantly trying to touch up whatever eyebrow hair was left. She even had to use a tweezer several times to fix her work. When I got home, I had to fix the messed up part.

Then, when it came on to getting my manicure done, the same young female employee was rushing while doing it. And for what reason? Your guess is as good as mine because there were only TWO customers in the salon and I was her ONLY customer. Even while she was doing the manicure, I had to point out that there was still dead skin around some of my fingernails Also, another employee (who looked like it could be the young employee's mother) was constantly speaking to her. So it seemed that the girl didn't know what she was doing or how to do it well.

The other customer was getting a pedicure done when I overhead that the customer was going to be charged extra JUST to remove dead skin! I couldn't believe my ears because that should have be included in getting a pedicure done. NO one should be charged extra for something that should be included in the pedicure.

Lastly, the owner or the main employee (I am assuming the young female employee's mother) demanded that her, her daughter and the other employee get a tip. I have never had a tip demanded from me until coming to this salon! You don't demand a tip from a customer, the customer has to decide if they want to give one or not. It is not mandatory, it is a nice thing for a customer to do, if the customer wants too and can financially.

They were nice and the gel manicure lasted long, but I would never go back to this salon based on...

OMG! The worst place to get nails done. I just got back from the salon and I’m ragging with dissatisfactory. My nails are full of bubbles and my nails look so horrible never in the history of doing my nails have I ever had my nails look this ugly and untidy, a sloppy job was done. My nails looked like I did them myself, does not even look like I got it professional done. I showed the women a picture of the length I want my nails to be she quickly glanced at it and said okay she did not even take her time to look and measure the length on the picture to my actually nails. I was telling her how I want my nails to be to avoid Dissatisfaction and this issue that I am facing and as I kept telling her how I wanted my nails to be done she’s like “ok im not done I’m now starting you think I’m done that’s why you telling me” and I told her “ok but I’m telling you ahead of time.” As she was finishing up my nails I told her I do not like it it’s to long and she replied “I did my job already you can’t tell me when I’m already done , you showed my the picture and now you said it’s to long” and then she begins to say “it’s 9:00 already come back tomorrow we open at 9:00 a.m I don’t have time anymore” ugh so much more to say highly highly unsatisfied...

I wasn’t sure about going to this place because of mixed reviews, but I went anyways and it was bad. The lady was nice to me, but was really rough while handling my acrylics. When she was shaving it down, she cut into my nail beds. I got them done for $27 for prom, and they didn’t look terrible but it wasn’t amazing. The nail is and looks a little thicker than it should be with a lot of random lumps. And the paint job was mediocre, but still covered the majority of the nail, so I was satisfied because of the cheap pricing. But a few days later, the glue from the ends of the nails near the nail beds started showing a lot more by turning white and it started to protrude outwards for some reason. I just used a nail file to shave it but it doesn’t change the fact it’s still there. And the paint started to chip about 4 days after. But like the other comments say, you get what you pay for. I wouldn’t really consider going here again, only if I had to get my nails...
