From the moment Evelyn and Pablo started our walkthrough we were impressed. They each bring such different expertise to their craft and the end results have been beautiful. What sold me is their attention to detail. Everything that was promised was delivered at a high quality. I'm talking about matching the exact stain and type of wood for a small fix in the kitchen or them suggesting a small design change to give a more polished overall look.

Anytime we needed to get in touch with them Evelyn was reachable by phone, text, or email. She kept records of everything so we didn't need to worry about the details. Were there minor issues, of course, this is life and there are things that don't always work out as expected. In the grand scheme of things, they were minor and they made sure they were fixed.

After the work was done and we moved in, we noticed a few small alterations and they made time to come and ensure everything was perfect. It was refreshing to work with professionals who clearly care about the work they do. Even humoring our different whims and design changes. We had such an amazing experience working with Pablo and Evelyn. They are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, meticulous, and work seamlessly together like a true tag team. Their attention to detail is outstanding, my eyes (and OCD) usually catch even the smallest issues, but they were always a step ahead and on top of everything.

I highly recommend Next Level Construction, Inc. for any of your renovation needs. Evelyn and Pablo did an excellent job renovating my condo, including a gut renovation of the bathroom and removing unsightly popcorn ceiling and installing recessed lighting throughout. Upon initial consult, Evelyn and Pablo inquired about my design inspiration and kept that in mind throughout the entire renovation process. They were extremely professional, responsive and detail oriented. The workmanship of their team is impeccable.

Even when I thought my initial work was complete, they alerted me that there were issues with my kitchen plumbing (which was not in their original scope of work). I realized I needed to replace kitchen cabinets, dishwasher and sink and repair some plumbing issues and Pablo and Evelyn were more than happy to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the entire condo.
