Pizza Palace Cafe — Restaurant in New York

Dear people out there who are hungry looking for food but not just ANY food to eat right now and having a hard time deciding.....well, look no further! This is the best place ever!! I’m not one to ever make reviews and I’m going to start now, Because I know now what is like Having a terrible boss, and an awful administration at some place I do not care to mention right now, it’s my personal life. But, from my experience of what business is supposed to be like, The management must be doing a great job with this place, everything is always great when I order here and I am not Jewish and I do not have to be vegetarian to know that their food is healthy it’s beautiful and delicious 😋 I used to eat their pizza every Friday from a school that order them and boy did I wanted to know where that pizza came from!! And little did I knew it was right around the corner of my house! I’m just saying I’m a pizza lover! But all the other food there taste great as well!! I tried Their Tuna sandwiches, their fish and many other dishes 🥪!! It’s delicious!! And Mouth watering! I Always wanted to know what’s their secret lol 😝 Nonetheless I am so happy to have this great food around here when I feel lazy to cook dinner ! Thanks again for all your beautiful delicious and healthy work!!

Outrageous service. I ordered one pie pizza they told me over the phone. It will take 30 minutes which it was not a problem. However, I came to pick up my order. The pizza was gave away to other people after all 10 minutes after my arrival, the clerk did not know how to approach to me, then he told me we do not know what happened to your order but the pizza is missing. I’m like seriously? I waited 40 minutes you telling me this. They are like if you want,we can make a new pizza it will take a 20 to 25 minutes no apologies nothing how can you run a business like this Shame on you. I placed am order for a party. It came on the wrong day, 3 days earlier, when I tried to rectify the situation,I got hung up on many times and was told I gave the wrong day by a rude man. I was blamed for the day by the delivery man. Who works in an office on a Sunday? I see they sent the same food from SUNDAY ON WEDNESDAY. WRAPS W FISH WERE DISGUSTING and OLD FOR SURE.
