I give Soft Touch Dental 0 stars. Worst experience ever! Never going back or recommending this place to anyone!!! I saw Dr. Gulman, she was the most condescending, rudest, unprofessional dentist I have ever seen in my life. Please BEWARE this office and doctor are looking to SCAM their patients. Dr. Gulman said I needed medication to treat a serious infection, however she did not treat it, instead brought out her calculator to tell me it would be hundreds of dollars. She claimed my insurance did not cover it, but she never put in a claim, she was just out for money. It is disturbing how a doctor would put their own greedy, selfish, money hungry needs ahead of their patients health. When I questioned why the insurance wouldn’t cover medication to treat a serious infection, she had no answer but to tell me to speak to the office manager about why they were charging me out of pocket. I told her I’m asking you as a doctor why would the insurance not deem this to be medically necessary if it’s serious but again, she avoided the question and kept saying speak to the office manager. She was trying to intimidate me to pay her cash, so she could treat my infection, when I had valid insurance. It’s disgusting the way this dental practice operates. It was so obvious how this place charges patients and cons them into thinking their insurance is not paying, so they can pocket your money and the insurance companies money. This office should be shut down for running this SCAM and CON on innocent people. I will be reporting them to the proper authorities. AVOID THIS OFFICE...

I switch to this dental office for a personal reason. And I’m happy that I wasn’t wrong making this decision. Everyone knows that your dentist and eye doctor are most important than physicians. From the minute you enter this office you get a very good, professional service. Nigina at the front desk is not the person who is only sitting there and takes care of the phone calls. She is very respectful, knowledgeable and even more. Very energetic girl, nice. Love here. Dr. Michael I believe is the best dentist I ever met. He is young but very smart. Usually young doctors don’t sound knowledgeable because they don’t have much experience. But not Dr.Michael. He knows what he is doing, he never will do something just to charge money. If you don’t need a procedure or it will not benefit you he always will explain. Not like other doctors, they see only $$ signs. I don’t remember the name but doctors assistant girl is very nice too, cares about patients. If anyone needs a dentist, don’t even afraid that Dr.Michael is not old man with experience:)) He is young and I believe has a new vision and technology for better help. I’m always careful with Dentist. And that’s why I want to give 5 even 10 Stars to this office...

I have been going to Dr.Normatov for 4 years. Excellent dentistry experience in terms of care and transparency, however, her front office which handles appointments and insurance claim are very unprofessional. I have scheduled numerous appointments with the hygienist with no success when I arrive at 3:30 for my appointment the receptionist informs me the hygienist left for the day. When I ask her why wouldn’t someone from the office call or inform me via the text system that the hygienist would be leaving I received a nonchalant answer “oh you didn’t confirm again”! I drove from an hour away and waited around In the Queens area for over 2 hours to avoid missing my appointment. This isn’t my first time with unsatisfying service in terms of dealing with the front office. Canceling appointments without follow up and winding to have arrived without seeing the dentist. Failure to submit insurance claims properly, resulting in having to do pay out of pocket for services and just an overall unprofessional attitude.
