Pizza & Pasta City — Restaurant in New York

Their food is delicious but you have to order it online. Every time I call it’s like a 20 minute conversation, and I’m not sure if they speak English or Spanish or Italian but I’m fluent in all three and getting a “steak and cheese was impossible.” Ordered online and the food is delicious. We ordered a “bacon pizza” today and they repeated it back to us twice. I got home and it was a “vegan pizza.” When I called back the first guy kept saying repeatedly it’s “bacon” but I insisted it wasn’t. The phone got passed around a few times and then they told me they don’t have “bacon” which is fine. So I ordered a “meat lovers pizza.” Then they called back to confirm. Let’s see how that goes. I also am a little irritated because I tipped them as well.

Food quality is not the issue, it’s telephone orders. If I were the owner I would literally just unplug the telephone or forward the calls to India and have them placed the orders online for the customer calling. No way Jose Can these people receive a phone call properly. Outsource the calls immediately!!!

Then the manager was trying to tell me that vegan is expensive and it’s good, and I said I work in a vegan restaurant and I do like vegan food but that’s not what I ordered. I eat that almost everyday!

By the way this was our three year anniversary dinner (take home) that unfortunately we were not able to eat at...

Just ordered here for the first time. My order came before the expected time on my Slice app, and the delivery person was really friendly, even asking me how I was doing today! The caesar salad was really good, not too heavy on the dressing. They accidentally gave me grilled chicken on it, but boy am I glad they did because their chicken was delicious! Moist and well flavored, not over-grilled. I also ordered mozzarella sticks, and while they were a bit crunchy on the outside for me, they were still quite good, especially with the side of marinara sauce. I was so full from all this that I could only have half a slice of the Hawaiian pizza I ordered, though I'm really looking forward to having more! Generous cheese, good flavor, and a nice crust that was just right in thickness/thinness. The ingredients tasted unbelievably fresh as well. This is now going to be my go to place! Looking forward to trying more...

The pizza is okay. And they have various pizza and food toppings to choose from. The only thing is when the last time I order from this food establishment is it took longer than it should have. For instance, instead of the usual 30 minutes or less, my last order took about an hour and a half. I literally had to go to the establishment and find out why it's taking so long.

When the pizza arrived the delivery person was very rude and disrespectful to my mother and to me. Because of that I will not be a patron customer to this...
