I just went to the Nike store and had a horrible and discriminatory experience. I even recorded the ordeal because of the poor behavior by the manager with the last name Allen. I went to the store to return brand new sneakers, in the original box and with the receipt, but Allen refused to return my sneakers. When I asked him why, he told me there were worn, even though they were not. I asked him to show me where on the sneaker prevented me from making a return and he couldn't. I believe I was refused a return due to discrimination as there was no valid reason otherwise.

As a follow up. today (the next day) I went to the Nike store in SOHO and they returned the sneakers with no problem. Further proving that the Nike store at Gateway mall disciminated against me and chose not to return my sneakers for reasons that go against Nike policy.

I again had another experience! Zeek, provided me with horrible service. The black community has to be outraged has he continuously shows discrimination! He refused to return my sneakers. None of the reasons had to do with the quality of the sneakers. He chose not to return my items because I have made returns in the past. That's not the policy! Nike should...

Great place to shop, especially for us old school who are not totally into the sneakers thing... I had made it just in time for a great sale, and the young man was very helpful and polite, and most of all, he was very attentive, not your usual, like why are you bothering me? Can't you see um telling my friends about last night? Just look on the shelves and git what you want and give it to the cashier. No, he was there from the time I walked into the store until I paid the young lady who was also polite and helpful. Although I wanted a pair of walking sneakers 👟 but ended up with a great sale of running sneakers, maybe next time I will get those...
