I needed a pair of comfortable shoes, i picked out a pair and as i was about to pay the cashier and i got into a conversation about the shoes, telling the cashier that i needed something comfortable, well she said come I'll help you and showed me a pair of shoes that would help my need, well i bought them and she was right. I told her that I appreciated her help. she was a very good and helpful person. i will be going back to this store. A store that's not out just to make money but also to help the customers.

Just went back to Sketchers yesterday to buy a pair of boots i wanted a pair that's waterproof, well as it turn out i bought 2 pairs one black and one brown because they had a special buy one pair second pair half price so i bought the pair and i love the boots their nice and comfy and the people there are...

Went to this store to use my birthday coupon. The sales manager/associate#119681 was extremely rude and unprofessional. The birthday coupon did not mention anything about not being able to use it on clearance items. So instead of this "manager" just simply say that clearance items is not eligible she insisted i shopped online since she claimed it was an online only coupon even though it clearly had an in store barcode at the bottom. Why would i shop online if i found what i needed in store? It seemed like she just wanted to agrue, be dismissive, unhelpful and rude. I would never enter that store and spend a dime with this...

Before buying, make sure you read their sketchy return policies, they are the worst. Every other company such as New Balance will guarantee their products. I will never buy again at any Sketchers store, I bought a pair of sneakers because a friend recommended on 12/7 and used it once and didn't like it. I went to return it 2 weeks later and I was told they were wornout and beat up and that was the reason why they couldn't replace with another pair that would fit/like better. They still look like new, not a scratch and I won't use them.

By the way, the reps at this store suck, even more the guy...
