After 63 years of living independently, I finally moved into my own apartment and wanted to find the perfect couch and island chairs. A friend recommended Noble Furniture on Richmond Avenue in Staten Island — and I’m so glad I went.

From the moment I walked in, Anthony made me feel right at home. I told him I was a perfectionist and very particular about what I wanted. He listened carefully, reassured me not to worry, and said he’d find exactly what I was looking for — and he delivered, literally and figuratively!

He showed me a beautiful large couch, and although I was nervous about the fit, he told me if it didn’t work out, he’d take it back. That level of trust and care meant everything. The couch was delivered — and it’s not only stunning but also incredibly comfortable. Everyone who visits asks me where I got it!

A week later, my island chairs were ready. I couldn’t be home for delivery, but Anthony arranged everything around my schedule. When they arrived, I was blown away — they were even more beautiful than the photos.

Anthony went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. He beat all other prices, provided excellent service, and treated me like more than just a customer. I even consider him a friend now.

I don’t even know where to begin. Do not under any circumstances buy any furniture from this place. I have paid thousands of dollars to this store to be treated like I’m gum on the bottom of their shoe. First the warranty company they are partnered with take months to resolve any claim. My dog had an accident and bled all over my couch in August, 2023. Today (2/26/24) I finally get my new couch delivered after 6 months of going between Noble Furniture and Guardsman Warranty Company. When the new couch comes, the delivery boys tell me they will not be taking the old couch with them. The whole agreement with the warranty company was that I return the old couch for a new couch and when I spoke to Anthony and Jackie, they both said the delivery boys will take the couch. Boys get here and tell me, I talk to Anthony and he says “Guardsman says we don’t need to take it back so you can keep it.” I had NO notice of this until they were on my damn front step. I now have two sectionals in my apartment because Anthony is honestly just scum. Also, the quality of these couches are god awful. Besides the dog accident, the wood within my couch broke, the zippers are poor and break so easily, and they lose the bounce after not even having it for a year. Very Very nasty and big big liars . Sales man Athony is a huge liar !!! Bought a furniture from Noble Furniture Store and my sales man was Anthony. He asked me an exact address where to delivery to and charged me $150 for delivery . He never told me at the beginning that if its no elevator or if it's not fitting in elevator and if its a walkup up to 3rd floor it will be an additional charge for delivery . Finally they are about to delivere 1 couch and 2 chairs, the delivery guy is telling me that this couch will not fit in elevator and to bring it upstairs on the 2nd fl it's no additional charge but to bring on 3rd floor they will charge me an additional $60 . I did call back to Noble Furniture Store, talked to Anthony and he said that it has nothing to do with store and you have to deal with delivery guys directly , meanwhile I told him that Noble Furniture Store charged me a delivery fee . Anthony never notified me or never asked me what floor needs to be delivered to or do I have the elevator !!! OK I am ready to pay additional $60 and I need my receipt - answer from Anthony and delivery guys " we can't give you any receipt" . Please make sure when you go to that store you go over on every detail and write it down on your contract , because this guys will lie on each step or its better if you will not go...
