Taco Bell — Restaurant in New York

This is one of the best go to places for authentic, healthy, and delicious soul food. Enough parking, clean and tidy bathroom, clean and neat floor, and they always have kind, happy and attentive employees working here. And today (08/14/2023), something special happened, a decent looking gentleman who has fallen on hard times came in the restaurant, spoke to the staff and then to the manager as he wanted to trade 2 perfume to get a some food , and he insisted that the Manger Mr. Kamal take the perfumes, and since he felt bad for getting a free meal, overhearing this conversation, I offered to buy this gentleman food, but the manager, Mr. Kamal said the food was on the house. I got this gentleman a large soda, even though he said he feels bad for the trouble, but I insisted it's the least I could do. This gentleman then only showed his disability to me and didn't even say he had disability before. Manager Kamal, the kind staff and myself, we all refused to take the perfumes, and this gentleman thanked us all and then went out. I was almost in tears when I saw how the whole Taco Bell team came in unity to help this man in need. They all showed empathy, kindness, and concern for this gentleman's well-being being. My last visit there was disappointing. I'll start by saying I have nothing against the girl who took our order. I could tell she was new and was still being trained. Not her fault. We did the drive-thru as usual. Never an issue before. This time, we ordered 2 of the same meal. Doesn't matter what it was, but we got 2 orders. Never had an issue here before, but this time, only 1 of the orders was in the bag, and there were other items in there that we didn't order. They still charged us for the 2 orders were originally ordered, which came out to more than the items we actually received. I don't know what was so difficult. It was the same order. Just make 2. It's not like we gave a ridiculously complicated order. On top of that, the food was cold, and I could tell it wasn't fresh at all. I know it's a fast food restaurant, so I don't expect perfection, but this food tasted very old. And it looked like it was just slapped together and shoved violently into the wrappers. At one point, the girl's supervisor got on the PA to confirm which drinks we wanted. The guy sounded like he was either drunk, high, or he just woke up from a nap. Definitely not good. This location fell pretty hard from when it first opened. Hopefully they fix their issues. I used to like going here. The girl on the PA was very nice though. Very professional. I have never seen in my life a horrible and horror restaurant like this taco bell Richmond avenue, it is too bad team.

It is today saturday, january 8th at 9:00pm.

I walked in to pick up an item for my grubhub client, I waited an hour and a half. each time I asked for the Items , they answered : "we are preparing it".

after an hour of waiting, they said to me and to two people from doordash that they have not received the order !!!. (Ohhhh ) after we found the tickets order in the garbage , ( oh my god ).

if I'm the big boss of Tacco , I push the manager and all the team to the door, a team does not know anything as the Asian girl, the girl with piercing in her nose, the young man with shivering long black hair, the young man in glasses with short hair , the girl in long green hair, the guy with orange wool hat ....all the staff really they are too slow , the service is very slow , it looks like they take drug , they do not know how to do anything. All team is unprofessional.

after an 1h30 min , I went out and they did not do the commonde for my client. I called my customer , she said : it is first time and last time to order in this bad Tacco bell " . Really it's a horror restaurant, I wasted my time, my energy and for 1h30, no income.
