So i just moved out. They immediately turned me over to a collection agency. These people arent human. My apartment leaked constantly. To which they took months to repair. The mold in the apartment was out of control. They actually left me without a kitchen ceiling a couple weeks a couple years ago. My floor was replaced three times due to leaks. The final straw was the crime and drug dealing going on. I was given a free months rent my second year. Brenda never acknowledged it. She charged me illegal late fees every month. Even during covid. They said i could terminate the lease. I left them with 3000 dollars in deposits. Horrible horrible place to live. Id welcome a court date and am seeking legal advice. I should have talked to a lawyer years ago. After nine years of hell i am so happy i left. Stay away from these guys. Slum lords.

From acquiring the lease , to finishing up the office, to moving the furniture as well as paying heed to our every tiny request these amazing people really did go out of their way to accommodate us. A huge thanks to Plaza Management. I have only one word to describe my experience...

Landlord is unresponsive, offers laughable compensation and does not even follow through on that. Their agent Karen Goffer will try to sell you at any cost, but do not move to 365 union avenue.
If you are still considering renting from them, read their other...
