Please keep in mind that if you aren’t in a luxury building and you are living in regular apartment units in Jersey city you will not be acknowledged. My mother has been living with mold in her apartment, she’s been neglected by this Management. Thankfully she has kids to help her but I can only imagine if she was alone how depressing it would be to use the bathroom with toilet water leaking over your head. She’s sent out over 100 messages on plaza management link… just getting horsed around saying someone will come and no one does. Depression starts to kick in. They don’t care because it’s not them living in these type of conditions it’s more like a slap in the face and I can see they know exactly who to try and take full advantage of. Speaking from someone who worked for building management I can say that this has been a really sad experience watching my mother suffer. Fire departments have been called, the mayors office was the next step. As long as the rent is paid, that’s all that matters. Very unfortunate. I absolutely love living in this building. The management is exceptional—kind, patient, and always responsive. They truly follow through on their word, and that kind of integrity is rare. When I needed an apartment the most, they accepted my request without hesitation, and I’ll never forget that.

This building feels like home, and honestly, I don’t see myself ever wanting to leave. It’s clean, family-friendly, pet-friendly, and incredibly accommodating. They’re also very respectful of those who prefer a smoke-free environment, which I appreciate.
